I'm not 100% sure if my concern belongs here but I'm looking to revive our full-service car wash. Our business here in Minnesota has a quick lube, an automatic conveyorized tunnel, and detailing, but the full-service side of things has been dormant for a while now. We're thinking about reviving it, but I'm not sure if it's the right move. I see all these new express washes popping up everywhere, and it makes me wonder if there's still a market for a more comprehensive wash.
I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to get back into the full-service game without the labor costs killing us. Does anyone have ideas or models that are working well for them? I'm open to anything that would help us stand out and be different from the endless sea of express washes. Thanks in advance for your help!
