my dad's got this wild idea, and we just bought this old full service car wash that went out of business.
We basically bought the building and the land, which is pretty cool!
The old setup was kinda crazy, it was an old touchless spot where cars got hand washed first, then sent down a conveyor tunnel.
We're pretty sure that whole tunnel system is gonna need a full revamp.
Our big dream is to turn this into a super modern express wash.
You know, like automated kiosks at the entrance, outdoor vacuums for people to use, and totally revamping the tunnel for a quick, efficient wash.
The goal is to make it a subscription based service with minimal employees.
We wonder how much money we need to convert something like this?
What's the most economical way to get this place up and running and making cash flow fast?
Any geniuses out there who've done something similar, or just have some killer insights? We're trying to buy smart and turn this into a money maker without breaking the bank upfront.
Appreciate any wisdom you can throw our way, thanks!
