Spot-free rinse issue

How can I fix this? Three of my LaserWash 4000 systems are malfunctioning. The spot-free rinse is of no use now and I fear I'm losing customers a lot lately due to this. I only got 2 fully working systems now. It's not the tank since the spot-free tank are filled. How can I go about this? I checked and the JO cabiner isn't showing a low water auxiliary message.

No spot-free on three units? okay, since your tank is good, check the delivery path and controls:

Spotfree Solenoid Valve: Is it clicking open when it should? Could be stuck or faulty.
Nozzles: Any clogs on the wash arch?
Sensors/switches: Is there a flow or pressure sensor that might be bad?
Wiring/connections: Look for loose wires or corrosion.
If you haven't, power cycle the whole system. Get that manual out for the spotfree section! What's your main control panel showing during the spot free cycle?

I'm thinking that you should also check the filters and lines, might be a clogged filter or blockage in the line preventing the spot free water from getting where it needs to go even if the tank is full.

Those are great points! Definitely something to look into. Have you managed to get it all sorted out yet?
