DRB tunnel troubleshooting

I'm having an issue with my DRB tunnel watch computer, its lost communication with the TCS. I've already replaced the logic card , the wire from the office to the TCS, the phone jack and the cable from the wall to the tunnel server's serial port adapter, but still no luck. The logic card shows the 24v light is on, but there's no number on the display, and the communication lights (amber and green) are off. Any ideas on what else to check??

oh, I know how that feels, cause I had the same problem a few months ago. have you checked the TCS side of the connection? The problem might not be with the tunnel watch computer. If you have a second logic card, try swapping it over there
sometimes the issue is on the TCS main board itself, even if it seems like the problem is coming from the tunnel
